OSI protocol is designed for ISO/CD 23150 in which sensor fusion issued in 2020 is defined.
To be able to transform from Non-RT to RT (from SILto HIL)
Environmental data scenario to be common for all simulation.
Scenario is parameterized and great numbers of Open Drive and Open Scenario files are generated.
